Terms of Service

Public offer · Effective date: 16 October 2026

These Terms are a public offer of AI-ND-CO LLC (ООО «AI-ND-CO», taxpayer ID 313 403 684; “we”, “us”) to any person (“you”) to use our software products Vox Flow, PDD Test and Voice Analytics and the website ai-nd.co (together, the “Services”) on the conditions below. By creating an account, starting a subscription or pressing “Pay” after confirming that you have read these Terms, you accept them in full.

1. The Services

We provide access to software over the internet and through mobile and desktop apps. The current description, features and price of each plan are shown in the app or on the order page before payment. Some features are available free of charge; others require a paid subscription.

2. Account

You must give accurate information when registering and keep your password secret. You are responsible for actions taken under your account. Business customers are responsible for the users they invite and for having the right to upload the recordings and data they process with the Services.

3. Ordering and payment

  • Subscriptions are sold for a period (for example, one month or one year). The price, currency and period are shown before payment.
  • Payment on our website is made by bank card (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard and other methods shown on the payment page) through a licensed bank or payment provider. In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store under their rules.
  • Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the price of the next period is charged to the same payment method. We notify you in advance of any price change.
  • Business customers may also pay by bank transfer against an invoice or contract.

4. Delivery of the service

The Services are delivered electronically. Access to a paid plan is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped physically. If access is not activated within 24 hours of payment, contact info@ai-nd.co.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings or by writing to us. After cancellation the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan if you have not substantially used the paid features.
  • If a paid service was not provided or was unavailable through our fault, we refund the unused part of the payment.
  • Refunds are made to the same card or account that was used for payment. The money usually arrives within 3–10 banking days, depending on the issuing bank. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are refunded under the store’s rules.
  • To request a refund, write to info@ai-nd.co with the account email and payment date. We reply within 5 business days.

6. Payment security

Card details are entered only on the secure page of the bank or payment provider, protected by TLS encryption and 3-D Secure confirmation where supported by the card issuer. We do not receive or store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVV codes.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to break the law, infringe the rights of others, record or process anyone’s voice or calls without a legal basis, distribute malware, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with the operation of the Services. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The software, design and trademarks of the Services belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for the paid period. Content you upload remains yours; you give us the right to process it only to provide the Services to you.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Services available and accurate but provide them “as is”. Automatic transcription, analysis and test results may contain errors and do not replace professional judgement or official exam materials. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the three months before the claim.

10. Personal data

We process personal data under our Privacy Policy. Personal data of citizens of Uzbekistan is stored on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We try to resolve disputes by negotiation first; please write to us. Unresolved disputes are settled by the competent court in Tashkent, unless consumer-protection law gives you another choice.
